Create digital & physical mosaics with your live event photos in real-time. The photo mosaic wall is a visually impressive installation that can be used for different types of events. It is another way to increase engagement with your guests and provide a fun and interactive way to entertain them. Sometimes, guests are shy when it comes to taking photos at events. However, the photo mosaic wall is a great way to break the ice by attracting guests to take their pictures at your event.

How Does It Work?

Your guests can use one of our photo booths or their mobile device to take and upload to social media using your designated event’s hashtag.
Our event booth manager will receive a 2×2” print with an assigned number for placement on the mosaic wall.
Your booth manager will continue to monitor and receive prints to place on the mosaic wall throughout your event. The photo mosaic wall creates a mosaic of an image or logo using photos taken at an event. Your guests will have the opportunity to watch as the mosaic wall forms to your customized design as photos are captured during the duration of your event.

We can provide different canvas sizes based on the number of event attendees.

Power: Standard two 3 three-pronged outlets with at least 15 amps

Table: One 6′-8′ table with table cloth

COVID Measures

Vaccinated booth managers are available upon request.

All staff is required to wear masks at all times.

All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized using commercial-grade disinfectant throughout the event.

It is a mandate that all guests practice a social distancing of 6 feet while waiting to be served.

Guests must continue to wear masks until the activation of their session. However, during their session, they may temporarily remove their mask to pose for their video or photo.

Booth managers may provide a commercial-grade sanitizer for our clients upon request.

Photos Capture and Collection

Photo Booth Integration

Pair one of our photo booths with your photo mosaic wall booking. The photos can also be texted to your guest’s phone and/or printed.

Social Media Integration

Use a designated event hashtag for your guests to use when uploading their photos to social media. We have the ability to print your guest’s uploaded photos to Instagram and Twitter that are tagged with your event hashtag.

Event Photographer Integration

Your photographer or one of our photographers can roam throughout the event space to capture pictures. Those pictures can be printed and added to the mosaic wall

Text Messaging Integration

Have your guests text their photos to our booth manager to include in the mosaic wall.

Digital Visual Experience

Share the mosaic experience with event attendees throughout your venue in real-time. Do you want to provide an impressive digital experience? We can create your photo mosaic wall digitally to display it throughout the venue for everyone to watch as your mosaic wall is created.

By using our projector or TV, or another form of media, you may choose to display your customized mosaic grid digitally. Then, as your guests take photos and post with your designated hashtag, the images will appear on the screen in the assigned position on the grid for everyone to watch.

Setup Options

Physical Experience

The Photo Mosaic Wall automatically prints photos as stickers. Guests can engage in the interactive experience by placing their photo stickers on the mosaic board.

Digital Experience

The mosaic generation process is either projected (using a projector), displayed on a large-screen TV, or presented globally through a web link. The photos transition into their place on the mosaic in real-time with stunning 3D effects.

Online Experience

Guests can open the URL on their personal mobile device, view the stunning slideshow, and input the row/column of their photo to have it tracked and focused by the slideshow.
