iLLUMO Photo Booths’ operating status is currently active during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken all necessary measures to ensure that our staff provides a safe and memorable experience for your event. Please see the latest changes to our booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies, and to learn more about our precaution measures aimed to keep our clients and staff safe.
To assist with financial loss, we have temporarily lifted our 50% deposit requirement during the pandemic. During this time, clients whose events are scheduled October 2021 – February 2022 will now only be required to pay a reduced deposit fee of $120 to RESERVE their event date. As we continue to monitor the ongoing pandemic, we are aware that some events may be rescheduled or canceled due to local, state, or federal mandates. As a result, we have waived rescheduling fees and will work with clients to reschedule at a later date. Clients whose events have been canceled will be able to use their deposit fee of $120 as a credit towards any future event(s).
iLLUMO Photo Booths has discontinued the use of physical props for all events during the pandemic. However, some of our photo booth machines provide digital props. Equipment that requires hands-on tasks has been restricted to the booth manager only. For instance, hands-on tasks include but are not limited to sharing stations (viewing stations), photo booth screens, and printing. At this time, only iLLUMO Photo Booth staff will start all video and photo booth sessions.
Vaccinated booth managers are available upon request.
All staff is required to wear masks at all times.
All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized using commercial-grade disinfectant throughout the event.
It is a mandate that all guests practice a social distancing of 6 feet while waiting to be served.
Guests must continue to wear masks until the activation of their session. However, during their session, they may temporarily remove their mask to pose for their video or photo.
Booth managers may provide a commercial-grade sanitizer for our clients upon request.
